ABOUT THE PROCESS

Our founder, Paul Shirley, is a writer, mechanical engineer, and former NBA basketball player. He's the author of The Process Is The Product, which spells out the philosophy behind The Process.

Paul's experiences at the highest levels of achievement taught him an important lesson: long-term goals require systems, habits, and routines.

They also require that you fall in love with your process.

process (n)the system you build to accomplish a long-term goal

Every project starts with a spark: an idea, a goal, a product.

Next comes the job of creating a process: a system of habits and routines built to bring the idea to life.

Then comes the big step: falling in love with the process. The process becomes the product.

We help people break big projects into small, achievable tasks.
