In our 5x5 Boot Camp, you'll work alongside people just like you -- people hoping to hit the reset button and change their lives through achievable, incremental progress.

Here's how it works:

For the five days of the work week, you're responsible for accomplishing five activities:

  • 5 minutes of meditation

  • 5 minutes of writing

  • 5 minutes with your phone off

  • 5 minutes of outdoor walking

  • 5 minutes of reading (book)

It's structure. It's accountability. It's community. It's going to help you take charge of your life. And it's free!
