For the five days of the work week, you're responsible for accomplishing five activities:
5 minutes of meditation
5 minutes of writing
5 minutes with your phone off
5 minutes of outdoor walking
5 minutes of reading (book)
It's structure. It's accountability. It's community. And it's going to help you take charge of your life!
