A great mix of a tactical, structured process with insight and empathy that led to new habits and better self-awareness.

Executive coaching for your high-value knowledge workers.

We help people learn to focus so they can rebuild their willpower, prevent burnout, and do the deep work that makes them valuable.

Since the 1980s, workplaces have added all manner of gadgets, gizmos, and software meant to make workers more efficient and effective.

It hasn't helped. Workers are being destroyed by distractions. They're tired, overwhelmed, and burned out.

The answer isn't in MORE technology. The answer is in human-centric coaching that helps people remember why they started working in the first place.

Your workers want to do their jobs. They don't want to answer more emails, get more Slack notifications, and sit on meetings that wreck their brains.

If you're open to your workers saying they like their jobs again, we can help.

We're so sure of this that if you don't like the results of your work with us, we'll give you your money back.

What IT IS

Action-based, small-group coaching over a six-week period.

Knowledge workers who understand that their value comes from being able to block out distractions and do deep work.

Focus + Concentration

How to manage digital distractions and do deep work.

Habits + Rituals

How to build sustainable systems.

Personal Infrastructure

What we’re eating, how we’re sleeping, exercise + emotional health.
