YOUTH RESILIENCE TRAINING
WHAT WE DO

We help kids aged 12 - 15 identify their long-term goals, build the habits necessary to reach them, and hone their ability to learn, grow, and adapt to life's challenges.
We accomplish this in four-week, small-group seminars that'll leave your child more confident in their ability to identify challenges, attack them, and regroup in a way that leaves them feeling equipped for an accomplished and purposeful life.
WHO'S DOING THIS?

A National Merit Scholar and mechanical engineering major at Iowa State University, Paul Shirley is an author, former NBA basketball player, and the founder of The Process. Paul was an adjunct professor at West LA College, where he taught creative writing in the Police Orientation Preparatory Program.

Paul's books include The Process is the Product and Ball Boy, a YA novel.

Paul will lead the four-week module.

Katie Levisay, Ph. D, is a practicing neuropsychologist and a former professor at Denver University. She's also the mother of two children and applies the lessons she's learned from parenting to the module.

Katie will assist Paul during the four-week module, with her focus on training "awareness" -- the key to long-term learning.
